HOLD POLICY
Members may put their membership on hold, in one billing cycle increments, for up to three (3) billing cycles per year. Notice must be given at least 5 days prior to the first day of the first cycle to be frozen. Members will not be billed for membership during frozen cycle. Billing will resume automatically upon end of hold period.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Memberships can be cancelled at any time with 28 days written notice by completing and submitting the form below. If there is a scheduled membership payment within 28 days of this written notice, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of your final paid billing cycle. Payments under this policy are non-refundable.
